A Little About Me
Growing up on a diversified livestock farm in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with my 2 siblings was an amazing childhood. It afforded me the chance to learn about farm life, gardening, fishing and hunting, as well exploring nature and cultivating a strong sense of responsibility.
After studying Wildlife Biology at the University of Montana, I worked with the US Forest Service, collecting data that contributed to the successful reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone National Park. My career experiences also include non-profit work, such as coral reef restoration & international maternal/child healthcare projects. I've also worked in product development for the motion picture industry.
I left coporate life to focus more on my own well-being which, in turn, led me to study Naturopathic Nutrition and train as a Colon Hydrotherapist with The Colon Hydrotherapy Academy (RICTAT). I hold a diploma in Menopause Wellness and I’m committed to continuous study. Above all, I have found working with clients 'one-to-one' to be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience; allowing me to help people overcome health issues and improve their well-being and quality of life.
